Villa Florida Breeze is situated on a spectacular intersecting canal in the southwest of Cape Coral, offering grandiose views in three directions as you watch fish jump out of the water or greet the occasional visiting turtle. Alternatively, enjoy the prime Florida feeling as you are barbequing or relaxing on the large lanay, or while taking a dive into the newly remodeled, large, heated pool which boasts a beautiful waterfall fountain.

Should you plan on bringing small children, there is a security net you can easily install all around the pool to assist in keeping them safe.

The well thought-out interior design with high ceilings offers a lot of room and sunlight. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing, watching HD TV, or surfing the internet; the sound system which is integrated in the ceiling can be used to listen to your personal music through the bluetooth function on your cell phone. The open kitchen contains a new stove and fridge and is equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice, home cooked meal to enjoy in the eating alcove with canal view.

The house has an office, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is available for up to 6 persons.

The home is centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to Veterans Memorial Parkway and Surf Side Boulevard; popular shopping malls, outlets, a waterpark, and golf courses are all within a short drive, as is Fort Myers for a day at one the beautiful beaches there.

Prices are good for 2 guests. Additional guest rate: $50/week(season 1) and $75/week(season 2) per person. Two children 10 years old or younger stay free. Cleaning fee: $180.  Deposit: $1000.  Electricity: $35/week for additional KWH: $0.14/KWH. 6.5% sales tax and 5% tourist tax not included.
