Property Maintenance

We organize and oversee regular home maintenance according to the level of service you desire. Services can include cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning, AC maintenance, roof maintenance, and lawn and pool services. With our In and Out Cleaning package, your home will be cleaned just prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.

Pool Service and Lawn Care

Pool service for screened pools are is performed weekly or bi-weekly according to the homeowner's wishes. This service includes netting, wall brushing, vacuuming, tile cleaning, basket cleaning, pool filter cleaning, and checking and balancing pool chemistry.

The lawn care service includes weekly mowing as well as trimming and edging.
