This was our first time renting from VRBO and it went perfectly. The property was just what we expected from the pictures and the description. Very roomy house, everything we needed was provided. The pool and deck were very enjoyable. We are from Iowa, so we took advantage of the patio for our morning coffee all the way through the evening sunset in warm, sunny Florida! We recommend it for a winter fix!

SWFL at it's finest!! Villa Seashell was a pleasure to walk into upon our arrival. It was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with all the amenities we could ask for. Pooneh and Jasmine were readily available for any questions we had and were genuinely happy to help. We made good use of the pool that was very enjoyable and maintained to perfection. The bed in the master is very firm. If you do not prefer that a quick trip to Bed, Bath and Beyond nearly around the corner on Pine Island Road to purchase a "Topper" is a quick, effective fix. Speaking of Pine Island Road... The access to Pine Island from this NW location is fantastic. Make sure you visit Bert's and Bokeelia. Leaving Cape Coral for points north like Punta Gorda could not be easier from here using Burnt Store Road. We had not stayed in NW previously and found Mariner surprisingly well located. Let other folks duke it out in Del Prado Blvd traffic in SW cause there's no need from this lovely NW neighborhood.

Lovely relaxing home beautiful views. Great property manager, Pooneh took care of everything and was so helpful and friendly. I arrived very late and the outside and inside lights were put on for my arrival. The house was clean and beautiful well stocked if you want to cook, the view on the water was lovely lots of boats to watch. Great pool and super comfortable deck chairs to relax in. Overall, wonderful stay, great neighborhood, convenient to shopping. Would highly recommend this lovely home for your next vacation.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger und ansprechender Lage. Als Wiederholungsurlauber in Cape Coral haben wir uns im Oktober 2018 sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein ansprechendes Aussehen, Ausstattung und Lage liessen keine Wünsche offen. Ein besonderes Lob auch an die Hausverwaltung bei der alles reibungslos geklappt hat. Vielen Dank das wir Gast in diesem Haus sein durften.

Lovely house and pool. House had everything we needed and was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great having access to Netflix for the children. It was also good to have the bikes tho we did not use them as the weather was so hot

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Home was beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils and gadgets. The TV in family room was great with Infinity and Roku access. The boat dock was great for fishing. The pool was surprisingly warm considering it used solar heating. Location of home is great for beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, this was a great experience. One suggestion for home owner is to stock broom or vacuum at home for renters to use for light cleaning during the week.

Beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool (we did have to have the heat turned on), but it was beautiful. This house had all the comforts of home. We would definitely come back.
